ACFMD Application Process

To whom it may concern,

I am just writing to you to give you more information on what happens when your application has been accepted or declined.

Step 1: Filling out your application and posting it to your nearest Hospital.
Step 2: Recieving Notification within 24 hours of recieving your application.
Step 3(if accepted): Going into your nearest Hospital for your EMS Knowledge Test.
Step 3(if pending): Your application will be reviewed until a choice has been made, then you will be notified.
Step 3(if declined): Your application will be declined and you will be able to apply again, a reason will be given.
Step 4: After completing your EMS Knowledge Test you will then go through 3 ridealongs.
Step 5: You will then proceed to one final ridealong with a Rank 3 or higher.
Step 6: You will then be invited into EMS.
Step 7: You will go through a series of training exercises.
Step 8: You will now be a registered Paramedic.

Note: Your first 3 ridealongs can be done with Paramedics and above.
If you disobey your advisors, your application could subject to termination and you will not be able to apply.
